What is your favorite book?
Too many to count! For adult novels I like The Catcher In the Rye. I also love all kinds of memoirs. I love hearing about people that have backgrounds different than my own.
Who is your favorite artist?
Claude Monet. I love the incredible detail in his paintings and the looseness of his lines. My favorite picture book artist is Eric Carle. I love how he creates his paper and the fun he has with his process. I try to do the same. ?
How do you make your paper?
I use pastels with tissue paper glued on top with a wash. Take a look at this video to see more.
